Natural Muscle Hawaii is currently undergoing
a major overhaul! As the sport of Natural Bodybuilding & Fitness
grows, Natural Muscle Hawaii must adapt to these changes to grow as well.
It is my mission to help promote Natural Bodybuilding & Fitness and all
the competitors. The site will no longer be Roland's personal site, but a
portal to Natural Bodybuilding & Fitness here in Hawaii. Natural Muscle
Hawaii will not exclude those who are non Hawaii Residents but
rather welcome them to our community. Please help our community grow. If
you are a Natural Athlete & would like to be featured on Natural Muscle
