out from the Natural Olympia

4 weeks out from the 2004 Natural
Olympia. For those of you who don't know, Roland will be going to Las
Vegas next month to compete against the best of the best in Natural
Bodybuilding at The Natural Olympia. Take a look at how Roland is doing 4

Healthy Hawaii Expo - Maui
This past weekend Natural Muscle Hawaii traveled to
Maui to promote our growing Natural community & spread the word about
Natural Bodybuilding, Fitness, & Athletics at the Healthy Hawaii Expo. on
Saturday October 16th. As we continue to grow as a community we will
continue to promote Natural Athletics and all of our athletes as best we
can. Our goal is to grow into a non profit organization that helps and
promotes our athletes and contributes back to the community. The
participation from all our athletes is crucial in the success of
Natural Muscle Hawaii.
Natural Muscle Hawaii is a community developed "for
the athlete". A community where we can all participate in the growth of
Natural Bodybuilding, Fitness & Athletics. We are constantly looking for
new ideas of how we can help our community grow and how we can contribute
to our local community. The suggestions and support of all the athletes
within the Natural Muscle Hawaii community is continuously welcomed.
This weekend we received support from Jayme Lee
Roberts (top left photo) and
Leo Carbajal (bottom right photo). Natural
Muscle Hawaii extends it's Mahalo to Leo for
brining us to Maui and allowing Natural Muscle Hawaii to participate in the event.

ABA/INBA America's Cup to be

Roland Ho to Guest Pose this
weekend
Yes our very own Founder &
Webmaster of Natural Muscle Hawaii Roland Ho will be guest posing at the
2004 Mr. & Ms. Lahaina Competition to be held this Saturday October 16th
at the Canary Mall in Lahaina Maui. If you are in the area please come out
and support Natural Muscle Hawaii. We'll be there from 10:00 a.m. and the
contest will begin at 4:00 p.m.

2004 ABA/INBA Aloha
Natural Muscle & Fitness Classic – Ms. Figure, Fitness Model Search, &
Bikini Divas divisions and is determined to take the 2005 Ms. Fitness.
Marisa enjoys working out, spending time with her boyfriend and traveling.

The 2004 Aloha Natural Muscle & Fitness
Classic
As we continue to grow and
support the ABA/INBA/PNBA and the Natural Bodybuilding & Fitness community
we are constantly on the look out for upcoming natural athletes. On the
weekend of September 24th 2004 Natural Muscle Hawaii went to Maui! Though
competitive Bodybuilding & Fitness is not a big thing in Maui yet, the
competition sported some great athletes. The 2004 Aloha Natural Muscle &
Fitness Classic turned out to be a somewhat small show, but not short of
hard training physiques.
The Novice & Overall winner
of the show Marvin Walker came in shredded and ready for the competition.
The Ms. Figure & Model Search
divisions were dominated by none other than Kaneohe's 24 Hour Fitness
Personal Trainer Marisa Lum. Marisa's hard work & knowledge certainly paid
off with this victory. Stay tuned for more about Marisa Natural Muscle
Hawaii's latest featured athlete, coming soon!
