News (Nov. 29, 2004) Brian Young New York State Natural Update

Congratulations to our very own Brian Young on his recent victory at the New York State Natural. Earlier this month Brian won 1st Place in the Men's Junior division & 1st Place in the Men's Open Light Heavyweight division. News (Nov. 22, 2004) Roland Ho Jr. Natural Olympia Contest Results

As the webmaster of Natural Muscle Hawaii it is sometimes difficult to write an article about myself, so I will make this very simple! On November 4th I traveled to Las Vegas, Nevada to prepare for the ABA/INBA 2004 Natural Olympia VII. I do apologize for the lack of updates to the Natural Muscle Hawaii website during that time as my focus was on preparation for the competition and attending a business conference at the Las Vegas Hilton on the weekend prior to the Natural Olympia.

Though it was a partial business trip I was very fortunate to have a few days of rest and relaxation prior to the competition. The dry weather in Nevada also helped to dry out the body while still consuming a reasonable amount of water.

On November 12th I arrived at the Sunset Station Hotel & Casino in Henderson, Nevada for registration. The competition was quite large, with over 150 competitors it was quite a site to see. Never before have I ever seen so many great NATURAL COMPETITORS all in one location. All the competitors were very eager to compete and the dedication to the sport of Natural Bodybuilding & Fitness was felt throughout the entire hotel.

The prejudging began on Saturday morning at 8:00 a.m. and ran right into the main show starting at 2:00 p.m. due to the number of competitors. With such a great caliber of competitors from all over the world I am very pleased with the results. I am honored to say that I placed 4th in the Open Men Short Class at the 2004 ABA/INBA Natural Olympia VII against some of the best NATURAL BODYBUILDERS in the world. I hope to see more of you there in 2005 and 2006 representing Hawaii!

News (Nov. 22, 2004) Brian Young Americas Cup Picture Gallery Update

The results are in and Brian's 2004 Photo Journal has been updated! Check out the photos from Brian Young's 2nd place victory in the open men medium class at the 2004 ABA/INBA Americas Cup held on October 23rd. Congratulations to Brian on his victory and for his persistence & dedication to Natural Bodybuilding and Natural Muscle Hawaii. Well done Mr. Young.
