News Update (Dec. 27, 2004) Message from the Webmaster

I anticipate that this will probably be the last update for the year 2004. So I'd like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for all their support. It is "YOU" the athletes & the supporters who motivate me and inspire me to continue to build Natural Muscle Hawaii. It is the viewers like you, who can see the vision of Natural Muscle Hawaii and the benefits which we can bring to our communities that keep Natural Muscle Hawaii alive. Without you Natural Muscle Hawaii would just be another bodybuilding & fitness website.

As Natural Muscle Hawaii approaches it's 1st anniversary I am very pleased with how it has grown. The participation and support is more than I had ever imagined. Time will only tell what is in store for Natural Muscle Hawaii in the years to come.

News Update (Dec. 27, 2004) Roland Ho Natural Olympia Photo Gallery

For those of you anxiously waiting for the updated photos from the 2004 INBA Natural Olympia which I competed in, "here it is"! I would also like to apologize for the lack of updates to the Natural Muscle Hawaii website. Just in case you don't already know Natural Muscle Hawaii is a totally free website community in which I manage and update personally. So between work, running a couple of other internet businesses, and training for the Natural Olympia it has been quite time consuming. I thank you all for your patients and appreciate all of your support.

News Update (Dec. 27, 2004) Rocco Blias Gallery & Stats Update

Congratulations to Rocco Blais who was selected as a 2004 Hawaii Pacific University Presidents Host this year. Rocco also participated in the Val Nolasco Memorial Half Marathon (13.1 miles) held on Sunday, November 7, 2004. He finished with a completion time of 2 hours, and 5 minutes, way to go Rocco! As if that were not enough, Rocco also completed the HONOLULU MARATHON on Sunday, December 12, 2004 take a look at his results. Great job Rocco, it's always great to see well rounded Natural Athletes.
